AWMA Show 2012 Hotel Reservations

The Paris Las Vegas Hotel is the official hotel for the 2012 AWMA Show!

AWMA has a block of rooms at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel where ALL show events will take place. All educational sessions, the expo, receptions and networking events will be conveniently held in one location – the Paris Las Vegas Hotel. The AWMA special group rate is $129 per night. The Group code is: SPAWM2.  Hotel cut-off date for group rate is January 20, 2012. However, check with the hotel as the $129 may be honored past the cut-off date.

Staying at the Paris has its benefits!

We realize there are many hotel options Las Vegas; however, AWMA must commit to a minimum  number of sleeping rooms in order to have sufficient meeting and exhibit space.   It is very important that we fill that block in order to avoid significant charges from the hotel.  We encourage all attendees and exhibitors to stay in the host hotel:

• It’s convenient – just an elevator ride away from receptions, education sessions and the expo
• Better networking – more opportunities to see old friends and meet with colleagues and customers
  
• It saves AWMA money which allows us to put on better receptions, hire better speakers and keep registration and exhibit costs down!
